Delivery within Europe:
- Delivery via postal or courier services

- Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country

Returns
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, starting from the day of receiving the goods.

Returned items must be:
- unused (except for inspection purposes),
- undamaged,
- in their original packaging.
The Buyer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods if they have been used more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days from the moment we receive the withdrawal notice.
The refund may be withheld until the returned goods are received.
We will refund:
- the full purchase amount, and
- the initial delivery cost (standard/cheapest delivery option)
Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
